Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Course Purchases – Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital educational content, all course purchases on EduxNurse are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Immediate Access
   Upon payment, you are granted instant access to protected course materials, including downloadable or streamable content. As such, refunds will not be issued.

2. No Trial or Preview Implies Final Sale
   We do not offer course trials or partial previews unless specifically stated. All sales are considered final once completed.

3. Exceptions
   Refunds may only be considered in the event of:

   • Duplicate charges for the same course

   • Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved within 7 business days

   • Unauthorized transactions (must be reported immediately)

4. Technical Support
   If you experience difficulty accessing your course, please contact us at info@eduxnurse.com. We are committed to resolving technical issues but this does not warrant a refund.

5. Disputes
   Filing a chargeback without prior contact and resolution attempt may result in account suspension.
